These terms apply to purchases made through the Pomelo Jewelry online shop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Products and prices
We aim to describe and photograph every item accurately. Slight differences in colour or scale may occur between screens. Prices are shown in Swiss francs and the total payable amount is displayed before checkout.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect or payment cannot be verified.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our control. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
Returns and defects
Our Return Policy forms part of these terms. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can resolve it.
Intellectual property
Pomelo Jewelry branding, photographs, product copy and site content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected.
